Kar-el Demir Tel started production in 2001 with annealed wire in a 2000 m2 closed area, with a production capacity of 250 tons/month in Aliağa Nemrut bay region. Our company improved its production range in a short time with new types of products such as Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire, PVC Coated Wire, Barbed Wire, Oil Tempered Wire, Annealed Bright Wire, Cooper-Plated Wire, MIG/MAG Welding Wire, Cable Armouring Wire, Electro-Welded Galvanized Wire Mesh, Deformed/Plain/Galvanized Round Bars, Flat Bars and different types of fences.
Kar-el moved to its current facilities in 2011 and continues its production with more than 300 people in a closed area of 25.000m2 and an open area of 45.000m2. Our company, whose monthly production exceeds 10,000 tons, is constantly among the top 100 companies in the Aegean Region with its investments and innovations.
Kar-el has achived a steady growth from the first day of production alongwith a proven quality by aiming 100% customer satisfaction in its production and sales policy. In 2020 by commissioning high speed and thinner diameter galvanizing line facility, capacity, product variety and quality have been increased.
In accordance with the developing technology as a corporate strategy, the R&D Center was registered in 2016 and the development of products based on R&D systematics was adopted. In addition, thanks to the wind turbine commissioned with the first prize of the İZKA project, the electrical energy needed for the company is being produced as an environment friendly way. With the solar power plant that will be commissioned in 2022, we will experience the pride and happiness of producing 10% more of the energy used in production at our facility with renewable energy.
